Most teams budget a one-time implementation fee of $500–$2,000 depending on setup scope (data, training, timeline). We confirm the number in writing before you commit.
Seat limits & upgrades
Starter and Team enforce the user ceilings above at the product level as your workspace grows. Need more seats or a dedicated environment—talk to us before checkout or use Contact sales.
The demo workspace does not count toward a paid seat limit and cannot store production customer data.

When your organization is eligible, Starter or Team checkout can include a 14-day trial (configured in Stripe). Webhooks update your workspace—do not rely on the browser alone after payment setup.
