Agreement to terms
By accessing TenantBridge websites or using the product under an account we provision for your organization, you agree to these terms and to any separate written agreement (for example, an order form or subscription agreement) that governs your subscription.
Accounts & access
Access is organization-scoped. You are responsible for credentials issued to your users, for activity under those accounts, and for notifying us of unauthorized use. We may suspend access where needed to protect security, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the service. You grant TenantBridge the rights reasonably needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the product. Confidentiality and processing details for enterprise customers are typically addressed in a data processing addendum executed with your organization.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. TenantBridge does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability limitations, warranty exclusions, and governing law for your subscription are set out in your executed agreement where applicable, and should be confirmed with counsel.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes to subscribed customers may be subject to notice under your agreement.
